Even for “they aren’t REALLY related” this is too much. And even when you do “oh STEP siblings” at least that way they never BELIEVED they were related. But not this one, the twins were “playing” with the younger one in the bath less than 24 hours after he found out he wasn’t related to them. I’ll admit, I would read something incest adjacent if it was a good BL story, but this is more than just adjacent.
